Certified Bail Bond Agent in Sumter, SC

Acceptance Bail Bonds, operated by bondsman Jim Green, enforces strict compliance and communication rules for all defendants under bond, including mandatory court appearances, regular check-ins, and immediate notification of any phone or address changes. Violating these terms—such as failing to return phone calls, leaving the jurisdiction without permission, or concealing one's whereabouts—is considered a direct breach of contract, resulting in immediate bond revocation, rearrest, and return to jail without a refund of the premium.
